On our journey northward we made several stops. The first stop was the Chatsworth House (aka Pemberley which you have already seen) and the next was the Brontë Parsonage Museum in the former home of the Brontë Sisters, Charlotte, Emily, and Anne. We learned that the moorland setting had a profound influence on the writing of Charlotte, Emily and Anne Brontë.
